Hospice of Laramie provides hospice services to patients and their families in the Laramie community and surrounding areas. With both community hospice services in the patient's own home and an inpatient facility, Hospice of Laramie meets you where you are on your care journey. Additionally, Hospice of Laramie offers grief support services for both patients and families, but also all members of the community who need extra grief support. As a nonprofit organization, Hospice of Laramie prides itself on community connection and patient centered care, making the end-of-life journey as comfortable and fulfilling as it can be.
